How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note...due to Covid, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays.
Well that all depends on how well Australia Post are doing their job!! We always have stock, so once you order, your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Please go to the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ and put in our post code, 3087, and your post code to get an estimate of delivery times. Please note, sometimes it will be a day or two longer than their estimation!
Do you offer express post?
We certainly fucking do for all Australian orders! Just click on the express post option.
Are your products Australian made?
Kitchen Language is proud to be Australian! Our Greeting Cards and Cardboard Coasters are 100% Australian made and owned using 100% recycled paper.
Our tea towels and aprons are designed and printed in Melbourne (however they are made in China). Our labels are printed here in Melbourne and they are packaged here too.
What are the tea towels and aprons made of? How big are they?
Our tea towels and aprons are 100% cotton. Tea towels are 50cm by 70 cm and our aprons are 70cm x 80cm.
How big are your greeting cards?
Greeting cards are A6 (105mm x 148mm) when folded. They fit into a C6 envelope (which of course comes with the card).
I want to send a tea towel/and or apron to a friend, can you add a personalised message for me?
