Requesting a Refund For Change Of Mind

You have up to 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund. To initiate a refund and return, please contact us as soon as possible and provide as much information as possible. Please note that, as a small business, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Return Process

We want to ensure that your return experience is as easy as possible. Please follow these steps when initiating a return:

  1. Keep Original Packaging: Ensure that you retain the original packaging of the product. It helps protect the item during the return process and is needed so the item can be resold.

  2. Contact Us: Contact our team via email info@kitchenlanguage.com.au to start the return process. You can expect a response within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

  3. Returning the item: Once we have emailed you back, to start the return process, carefully place the item back into its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed. Head to your nearest Australia Post location and send it to the return address provided ( PO BOX 191 Watsonia Vic 3087). While at Australia Post, remember to request a tracking code for your shipment. It's essential to provide us with this tracking code, as it enables us to confirm when the item safely reaches us.

  4. Refund: Once we confirm the product’s condition, we will issue a refund and email you to let you know the refund has taken place. Once a refund has been approved and processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the payment to clear with your bank. This should happen within 7 days. 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be unused.
  • The initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund (even if it was on a delivery promotion at the time).
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
